Online-access-only subscriptions include unlimited access to the Dispatch's online services (including our e-Edition) without delivery of the printed newspaper. It is our policy to resolve delivery concerns as soon as possible. If we do not meet your delivery needs, please contact us at (252) 436-2800. Our circulation department is available by telephone Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Missed newspapers reported to us by 11 a.m. will be delivered to customers on the same day. Calls after 11 a.m. will result in delivery on the following day.
If you cancel your subscription, you will be issued a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription. Refunds of less than $5 will be contributed to The Daily Dispatch Newspaper in Education fund. Subscriptions will continue up to 10 days after your subscription expires unless you contact The Daily Dispatch.
